1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ViralTubeShort ("we", "us", "our") at viraltubeshort.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. What the Service does

ViralTubeShort helps you analyze long-form videos, identify short-form moments, generate titles and captions, export vertical MP4 clips, and optionally schedule or publish content to connected social accounts (e.g. YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels) when you authorize us to do so.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use the Service.

4. Credits, subscriptions, and payments

Some features consume credits or require a paid plan. Prices and limits are shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your billing portal. We do not guarantee refunds except where required by applicable law.

5. Your content

• You retain ownership of videos and other content you upload or link.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service (transcription, analysis, rendering, scheduling, and publishing you request).
• You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload, analyze, and publish your content, including music, likeness, and trademarks shown in your videos.
• You must not upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors.

6. Connected social accounts

When you connect YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or other platforms, you authorize us to act on your behalf only for actions you initiate (e.g. scheduled posts). You must comply with each platform's terms and community guidelines. We are not responsible for takedowns, strikes, or account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Use the Service to spam, mislead, or violate intellectual property rights.
• Share account access or resell the Service without our written permission.
• Circumvent credit limits, authentication, or security measures.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including OpenAI, Supabase, Stripe, Google, TikTok, and Meta. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms. We are not liable for outages or changes by third parties.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI-generated clips, titles, and schedules may be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for reviewing content before publication. We do not guarantee viral performance, views, or revenue.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete data after a reasonable retention period as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
